Easy-bake Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 12 pcs. half-cup capacity glass custard cups or ramekins,
    each lined with 2 pcs of paper muffin liners
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 whole egg – lightly beaten
  • 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • ½ cup fresh or full cream milk

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until blended. Fill half of each prepared cup with the mixture.
2. Put 6 muffins in a ring formation inside the Samsung Smart Oven and set it on Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes. Repeat with the other 6 muffins.
3. Tip: Remove paper-lined muffins right after cooking in the microwave. Let it cool on a wire rack.
