Can I receive a refund on my Samsung Rewards points

Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned.
Your rewards value is calculated on the total amount that you have paid.
Please note: Samsung Rewards points are exclusive to registered members of the Samsung Rewards program. If you purchase items as a guest, you do not earn Samsung Rewards points. Points will only be earned if you log in to a Samsung account and enroll in Samsung Rewards.
Can I receive a refund for my Samsung Rewards points?
Yes. Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned. You'll see your points returned to your account within 5 days of your receipt of the payment cancellation order.
Please note: You'll see your points back on your account within 5 days once we receive and process your return. Go to “My Rewards” to check all your points activities and more. To learn more about returns, read our Shop FAQs.
