Galaxy Buds+ individual battery status not displayed

In older versions of the Galaxy Wearable app, the battery level was displayed for each of your earbuds separately. With the latest version of the Galaxy Wearable app, the battery status is displayed as a combined percentage. It’s an intended operation according to the new concept of Galaxy Wearable app for Buds+.

Only in certain circumstances will the battery status be shown individually.  

If one earbud is greyed out in the Galaxy Wearable app after self coupling , it may be because your earbuds are running on different software versions.  Follow the on-screen instructions to update the software:

To update the software, tap View Update and then tap Update
