Unbalanced audio sound concern for Gear IconX

Q : When I listen to music using my IconX, sometimes I feel the audio is not balanced. (the sound is leaned to the left/right or the sound from left/right is delayed.). Is my IconX faulty?



A: No, your IconX is not faulty.


The coupled earbuds are connected through wireless signal. And main earbud receives audio signal

from mobile device and relays it to another earbud.


During this process, small time delay may occur and due to this time delay, you may feel the audio is not



But this is normal operation which happens due to the feature of device.


Note: This symptom occurs in every device which doesn’t have wired connection.


(But it may vary by hardware features of each manufacturers.)
