How to use the Device Care feature

Step 1. Press the Home button on the TV remote control and select Menu → Settings → Support → Device Care → Start Device Care 

Step 2. The Device Care feature includes image quality/sound diagnosis and memory initialization

Note: Device menus may vary depending on the device model and software version.
