How to register Product warranty online on Samsung Members App

To register your Samsung Products, you can now access it conveniently on your Samsung Members App on your Samsung mobile device. You are able to register your products through QR code, a product with WIFI capability or barcode with imei or Serial number.

 

Samsung Member

Non-Samsung Smartphone Users

The Samsung Members app is only available for Samsung mobile device users. If you do not own a Samsung mobile device, please visit "How to register Samsung Warranty on At Your Service?".

1 Tap on Samsung Members App

2 Navigate to Support> + Register > Scan under QR Code section.
Register warranty with QR code scan
3 Scan the QR Code on the sticker, located on the back of the product or packaging
Register by Barcode by QR code

Please note both Model number and Serial number shown are for illustration purposes only 

4 Upon scanning the information, there will be a prompt for the Product type and the product is registered

1 Tap on Samsung Members App

2 Navigate to Support > + Register > Scan under Wi-Fi section.

3 Upon Scanning for Wi-Fi, tap on specific product you are registering your Warranty for

4 Select the type of Product the warranty registration is for

1 Tap on Samsung Members app

2 Navigate to Support > + Register > Enter info

3 Select your product type e.g. Phone > Enter your Model number and IMEI / MEID > Select Continue

4 Or you can tap on the barcode icon to scan your product's barcode > Select Continue
