Last Update date : Jul 22. 2022

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. You can update your device's software with the following steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Why are the left and right sound volumes unbalanced?

The volume of your Galaxy Buds Pro may be different on the left and right, if the earbuds are not worn properly.

For the best sound quality, it is very important to place the Galaxy Buds Pro properly in your ears. Otherwise, they may not work, or sound quality may be poor.

First, you can find out more about how to properly wear Galaxy Buds Pro and how to use them at 'How to properly use Galaxy Buds Pro' with Samsung Support.
