Why Galaxy S23 camera does not recognise a QR code

When you scan a QR code using the Galaxy S23 camera but close the pop-up link without visiting it, the pop-up will not appear again unless you tap on the QR code.

Typically, a pop-up link will appear when you scan a QR code with your phone camera. However, if you close the link without visiting it, your phone will process that you are trying to capture an image or video of the QR code itself and will not show the pop-up link again. This is so as not to disrupt your video or photo.

If you revisit the QR code and wish to see the pop-up link, touch the QR code part displayed on the camera (preview) screen to connect.
