How to Connect Subwoofer to Samsung Soundbar?

The Subwoofer is automatically linked to the Soundbar, once the devices are plugged in and turn on. If for some reason that both devices are not connected properly, read the Manual Connection section instead.

1 Plug the power cord into power supply port located on the rear panel of the soundbar. Connect the power cord to the wall outlet

2 Plug the power cord into power supply port located on the rear panel of the subwoofer. Connect the power cord to the wall outlet

3 Turn on the soundbar
Turn on Soundbar
4 When the subwoofer is completely connected, the blue LED LINK Indicator on the subwoofer stops blinking and glows continuously.

If the blue LED does not stop blinking, the linking process has failed. Please refer to the Manual Connection section below.

1 Plug the power cord into power supply port located on the rear panel of the soundbar. Connect the power cord to the wall outlet

2 Plug the power cord into power supply port located on the rear panel of the subwoofer. Connect the power cord to the wall outlet

3 Press the ID SET button on the back of the subwoofer using a small, pointed object like a paper clip
Press the ID SET button on the back of the subwoofer
4 Continue holding until the STANDBY indicator is turned off and the LINK indicator (Blue LED) blinks quickly.

5 While the main unit is powered off (STANDBY mode), press SAT MUTE on the remote control for 5 seconds
6 Continue holding until the ID SET message appears on the soundbar's display

7 To finalize the link, turn on the soundbar while the subwoofer's Blue LED blinks
Turn on the Soundbar
8 The main unit and the subwoofer should now be linked (connected) and the Blue LED solid. If the Blue LED is still blinking, the linking process has failed. Turn off the main unit and start again from Step 2.
