- Investment in @LAB can maintain sales of Analog and Digital IC for existing A/V. At the same time it can form a mutually complementary relationship by cooperating in developing new products.
- Investment in Fine Chips enables SEC to support customers by outsourcing design and maintenance of 4/8 Bit MCU. In addition, it can maintain sales and profits and loss and secure production rights on in-house developed products as well as maintain annual sales revenue of MCU in Keyboard, Mouse and LCD
- unanimous approval
