Sprint Cell Phones: Do I Need Samsung Android USB Drivers To Use My SPH-M910 (Intercept)?

Yes, Software Developers will need Samsung Android USB Drivers for third party application development on the SPH-M910 (Intercept).  

NOTE:  Samsung Android USB Drivers are not neccessary for USB Mass Storage Mode on the handset.

Downloading Samsung Android USB Drivers

1. To download and install the Samsung Android USB Drivers for the SPH-M910 (Intercept), click here.
2. Please select Software Tab.
After reading the End User License Agreement, check the button “I have read and agreed Samsung End User Agreement”  and then select Close.
Click on icon and save the Sprint_M910_Android_USB_Driver_4.50.7.msi file to your Desktop.

Installing the Samsung USB Drivers

1. Click on Sprint_M910_Android_USB_Driver_4.50.7.msi to execute the Installer.

2. The Installer will guide you through the steps required to install the Samsung Android USB Drivers on your computer.  Select Next> to continue.

3. Select the location for the Installation Folder.  Select to Install Samsung Android USB Drivers for yourself, or for anyone who uses the computer.  Click "Next >".

4. Click "Next >" to start the installation.

5. The Samsung Android USB Drivers are being installed.

6. Installation is now complete.  Click "Close" to exit.

Verify Samsung Android USB Drivers were installed

1. Click Start .

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click on Add or Remove Programs.
