Sprint Cell Phones: How do I update my Samsung Galaxy S® II (SPH-d710) mobile device to the FH13 software?

Samsung Galaxy S™ II, Epic™ 4G Touch Software Update

If your current software version is FF18, you will receive a network notification for the FH13 software update. The update process will be performed OTA (Over the Air). It may take several minutes to complete.

Check the software version

1. From any home screen touch Menu > Settings > About Phone.
2. The software version will be listed under the Baseband Version S:D710.10 S.FH13.

Important Notes:

• Your battery should be fully charged before starting the software update. Do not remove the battery during the update process.
• Software updates are available OTA (Over the Air) and are 'pushed' to devices in stages. Mobile device selection is random.
