Samsung Galaxy Note® II Software Update

If your current software version is L900VPAMA7, you will receive a network notification for the L900VPAMC2 software update. The update process will be performed OTA (Over the Air). It may take several minutes to complete.

How Do I Check My Current Software Version?

1. From the Home screen, touch Menu > Settings > About device.
2. The Build number and Baseband version show the current software version on your mobile device. The new Baseband version is L900VPAMC2.

How Do I Get This Update?

Software updates will automatically download to your phone with an option to install now or install later. If you choose install now, your phone will reboot and begin installation; just follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update. If you choose install later, you will receive reminders once or twice a day to install the update until it is complete.

Important Notes

• Your battery should be fully charged before starting the software update. Do not remove the battery during the update process.
• Software updates are available OTA (Over the Air) and are 'pushed' to devices in stages. Mobile device selection is random.
