Page 1. Get the Correct Replacement Lamp
Before you replace your current lamp, you must get the correct replacement lamp. The replacement lamp must be of the same type and have the same code as the lamp you are replacing. To find the lamp type and code of your current lamp, look for a sticker on the right back panel of your TV. This sticker has the lamp type and code information you need. The lamp type and code are also displayed on the lamp assembly.
After you have the lamp type and code, you can order the lamp from J&J International, Samsung?s authorized parts dealers. You can place the order by telephone at 1-800-627-4368 or you can order on-line at www.samsungparts.com.
Important: When you order a lamp, you are actually ordering a lamp pre-installed in a lamp assembly. When you replace a lamp, you replace your existing lamp assembly with a new lamp assembly.
