Page 1. How to check firmware
The software / firmware version can be found in a few location on your set.
Location 1
- Using your Samsung remote press the MENU button to open the Main Menu.
- Using
the directional arrows select the Support
portion of the main menu, and then press ENTER

- Using the direction arrows highlight Software Upgrade.
- Press the INFO button, the current software / firmware version will be displayed on the right side of the menu.

Location 2
- Using your Samsung remote press the MENU button to open the Main Menu.
- Using
the directional arrows select the Support
portion of the main menu, and then press ENTER

- Using
the direction arrows highlight Software
Upgrade,
and then press ENTER

- With By USB or By Online highlighted the current software (SW) / firmware version will be displayed on the right sidebar.
Location 3
- Using your Samsung remote press the MENU button to open the Main Menu.
- Using
the directional arrows select the Support
portion of the main menu, and then press ENTER
().
- Using
the direction arrows highlight Contact
Samsung,
and then press ENTER
().
- The current software (SW) / firmware version will be displayed in the pop-up widow.
