The Netflix streaming service lets you choose from thousands of movies and TV shows online to be instantly streamed to your TV via your Samsung Blu-ray player.

Getting started

Your will need:

• Network Connection (Wired or Wireless)
• High-speed Internet connection (recommended 4 Mbps for HD)
• Netflix account that allows viewing of unlimited online content  
• Your Netflix account email address and password
• Access to a PC with an internet connection

Activate your Player

Power on both the player or HTS and the TV, and tune the TV to the appropriate input.

Important: You’ll need your PC to complete the activation.

1. Using the arrow buttons on your remote move to the Netflix icon and then press enter. Alternatively, if you have a Netflix button on your remote, press it to launch the Netflix application.

2. The netflix splash screen displays as the player connects to your ISP and then the Netflix server. Once a connection is established you are prompted with 'Are you a member of Netflix?'.
• Select Yes if you already have a Netflix account. An activation code is displayed.
• Select No if you do not have a Netflix account. You will then be given a choice to start a free 1 month trial, select Yes to start your trial and a code will be displayed. Using your PC go to netflix.com/samsung and enter the code displayed for your free trial.
• If you make a mistake, press exit to go back to the original menu and then start with Step 1 above.

3. Write down the code that is displayed and then enter the code at www.netflix.com/activate on your PC. If you are not already signed in to your Netflix account, you will be prompted for your Netflix email address and password.



When the Activation is Complete, you can begin adding movies to your Instant Queue on you PC. The titles you have added will now display on your Blu-ray player or Blu-ray Home Theater System.

Depending on the age of your model, some players will allow you to add movies directly from the player, older players will require you to use the Netflix.com website to add titles to your queue.
