    Choose your new Samsung device and confirm the condition of your existing device. If your existing device is eligible for trade-in, an estimated trade-in value for your existing device will be presented.

    Get an instant discount on your new Samsung device.

    Back up your files & photos, perform a factory reset, remove any SIM and microSD cards, and provide your existing device to our trade-in partner within 3 business days of receipt of your new Samsung device. Our trade-in partner will confirm the collection date and time with you.

    Please declare the model, storage size and condition of your existing device accurately. Any inaccurate declaration may result in clawback of either: (A) the full value of the trade-in and overtrade bonus (if any) OR (B) the difference between (i) the initial estimated trade-in value and (ii) the actual trade-in value based on the device’s actual condition as assessed by CompAsia.
