By entering the Black Friday Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18+ only.

3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion is not eligible to enter.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize Draw will open at 00.01am (GMT) 1/11/23 and close at 23.59pm (GMT) on 28/11/23 (“Prize Draw Period”).

6. There are three (3) Prizes available to be won in total, each consisting of a Galaxy Z Flip5 (the “Prize").

7. The Prizes carry no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

8. To enter, Participants must play the Flip N Stack game available at https://www.samsung.com/uk/offer/black-friday/ and reach 6G mobile network by building a tower of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 smartphones to reach the 6G signal, after which they will be taken to a data capture form which they will need to fill in with the requested details and submit (“Entry”).

9. Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants can play Flip N Stack as many times as they wish, however participants may only fill in one data capture form to enter.

10. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Entries.

11. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.

12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.

13. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

14. Fully completed entries must be sent to be received no later than the end of the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry.

15. The winner of the Prizes will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Promoter at the end of the Prize Draw Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16. The winner will be notified by 17.00 (GMT) 4th December via the email address provided at the time of Entry (winner notification email will be from SEUKCommunity@samsung.com)

17. Winners will have 7 days from the date of notification to respond to the email notifying them of their win to claim their Prize.

18. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

19. The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who sends an email to SEUKCommunity@samsung.com within one month after the closing date of the Competition requesting details of the winners.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners. Each winner may be required to participate in the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities and by entering the Prize Draw consents to such participation.

21. The Promoter may use any personal information submitted by the participant to advise participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter or its associated companies that may be of interest. The participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

22. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the participant when entering the Promotion or claiming a prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

23. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.

24. By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

25. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

26. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

28. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
