1. Extended & Enhanced Price Promise Promotion 2026 -  4th November 2026 and 1st December 2026

Samsung is offering the following enhanced terms and conditions for the Promotion for purchases between 4th November 2026 and 1st December 2026

a) Participants who purchase a promotional product from Samsung.com/uk or the Samsung shop App between 4th November 2026 and 1st December 2026 and find the same product for sale online at selected retailers at a lower price between 4th November 2026 and 1st December 2026 will be eligible to claim a Refund. Participants must claim their refund by 23:59 (GMT) 8th December 2026.

b) Participants using promotional discount codes (BF10, LC1, LC2, LC3, APP5, GALAXY100, PAYPAL, WEEKEND & BFWEEKEND) are eligible to take part in the Extended & Enhanced Price Promise Promotion and may claim a cashback amount equal to the difference between the actual purchase price of the product when purchased on Samsung.com (i.e. the amount paid for the product after the promotional discount code has been applied to the advertised price) and the advertised price online by the Selected Retailer.   

2. The Offer only applies to purchases made between 00:01 (GMT) on 4th November 2026 and 23:59 (GMT) on 23rd December 2026 (the “Purchase Period”).

Participants who purchase a Samsung product from the following Samsung online stores: www.samsung.com/uk , Samsung EPP Student Site, Samsung Network site and Samsung Shop App (the “Participating Retailer”) within the Purchase Period will be eligible to take advantage of Samsung’s Holiday Returns Promotion (the “Offer”). Participants have the right to return the Offer Product to the Participating Retailer for an exchange or refund (at the Participant’s discretion) by 14th January 2026.
For purchases made between 04.11.26 - 23.12.26 of a Samsung product from Samsung’s online store as a consumer. Offer available to UK residents aged 18+. Participants are entitled to return the product for an exchange or refund if they notify Samsung by 23.12.26 via our website chat, telephoning the Customer Call Centre or printing and sending Samsung a model cancellation form. Product must be returned within 14 days of notification. Products must be returned in an as new condition with all original packaging, accessories and any free of charge items. Return costs may be charged. Products which are returned damaged will not be accepted.

3. Purchase from Samsung.com. Values vary by model and condition.  Purchased phone will be blocked if you don't send us your Trade In device. T&Cs apply.

4. Only available at Samsung.com and only for selected Galaxy smartphones. Device values vary by model and condition. Samsung Credits will be available in your Samsung Account after your device has been inspected and its condition verified. Once you have posted your device, it cannot be returned. Samsung Credits are valid for 60 months from date of issue, and cannot be used to pay for subscriptions, third-party products, or at Samsung Business Shop. You must be signed into your Samsung Account to take part in the Samsung Credits Programme. Samsung Credits cannot be transferred to another Samsung Account. Full T&Cs apply.

5. Only available at Samsung.com. Customers must apply Trade Up discount on product page, before checking out. Recycled products are non-returnable and have zero value. You must fully uninstall (including disconnecting and draining of water, or wiping all data, as applicable) your appliance, laptop, monitor, or television, and make sure it is ready for collection at the same time we deliver your new product. We reserve the right to refuse the delivery if you fail to do so. You will be required to pay a surcharge equal to the amount of the discount you received, if you do not recycle or have your product ready for recycling. Offer cannot be combined with multi-buy promotions for Home Appliances. Each household may only recycle one of each type of product and will receive only one Trade Up discount for each product type recycled. The Trade Up discount is an incentive to recycle it is not a Trade In value for the recycled product.
