  • How do I get Samsung TV Plus?

    Samsung TV Plus is easy to get to. Here are your options:

    • Turn on your TV to start watching. Samsung TV Plus automatically starts playing so that you can instantly start watching.
    • Navigate to Samsung TV Plus by using the app bar located at the bottom of your TV screen. Simply click on the Samsung TV Plus app to enter the experience.
    • Download the Samsung TV Plus app from the Google Play or Galaxy Store.
  • What kind of content can I watch on TV Plus?

    Samsung TV Plus gives instant access news, sports, entertainment, kids and family content, movies, music and much more. TV Plus channels and content available to watch are subject to change.
  • On what devices can I watch Samsung TV Plus?

    Samsung TV Plus is available on Samsung Smart TVs from 2016 onwards and mobile devices. The Mobile application is supported by Galaxy Devices with Android 8.0 (O OS) or higher.

  • How do I use Samsung TV Plus?

    How do I see what’s on now or later? With the Guide you can see what's on now and what’s coming up next. Note: You can access the Guide by pressing in on CH on a Samsung Smart Remote, or by pressing GUIDE on a standard remote. How do I quickly change the channel? Press CH up or down to change the channel.
  • Why can I see a 'recommended' section?

    This is the Samsung TV Plus recommended list of channels that highlights the most popular channels on Samsung TV Plus.
  • How do I delete channels from Samsung TV Plus on my TV?

    Samsung TV Plus offers a wide range of programming and just about anyone should be able to find something interesting. If you want to delete the channels that you don't watch, or you decide you don't want any of these channels at this time, you can delete all of the TV Plus channels. Note: If you delete all of the channels, the TV Plus app will not play automatically until new channels are added. New channels are added to TV Plus occasionally, so if you don't want to see them, you'll have to repeat this process.
    1. Press Home on your TV remote, navigate to TV Plus, hover over the app, select Channel List, then select Edit Channels.
    2. Select channels to mark them with a check, and then select Delete to remove the channels from your TV Plus Channel list. If you select the box next to All Channels, all channels are selected at once.
  • How do I remove Samsung TV Plus from my TV?

    Samsung TV Plus is an integrated feature of your TV and it can't be fully removed. However, if you remove all of the channels, Samsung TV Plus will not appear on your TV anymore unless a new channel is added. Periodically, new channels are added and you'll need to remove them if you don't want Samsung TV Plus. You can also remove the Samsung TV Plus app from your TV's Home screen. Simply highlight it, press Down , and then select Remove > Remove. Note: You can restore the TV Plus channels by performing a Smart Hub reset. But this will sign you out of all of your apps, so you have to make sure you have all of your login information and your TV's PIN code (default is 0000). Navigate to Settings, and then select Support. Select Self Diagnosis, and select Smart Hub Reset to perform the reset.


  • What can I watch on the Samsung TV Plus mobile app?

    TV Plus has a range of free channels for you to watch. Scroll through the Guide on the 'Live' tab to discover content from sports and entertainment to news and kids channels, and much more. There is something for everyone.
  • Does the viewing record sync to multiple devices?

    Yes, Samsung TV Plus supports viewing record sync on mobile devices (Samsung TV Plus Mobile App, Samsung Free Watch Tab). Currently, this function is not supported between TV and mobile.
  • I want to disable a certain channel on the 'Live' tab.

    You can disable the channel on 'My TV Plus' tab. Use the 'Edit channels' option in settings to disable the channels that you don't want to watch.
  • I want to watch videos of a specific genre in the live tab.

    You can use the filter option on live tab. Samsung TV Plus provides various genre filters.
  • What does the 'Discover' tab do?

    The discover tab allows users to find live content on the curated 'On Now' row, see most recently watched channels, discover live and on demand content.
  • What is 'My TV plus' tab?

    The 'My TV Plus' tab allows user to add their Samsung Account information, set their favourite channels, edit channels in Settings, select Watch Reminders for upcoming programmes and continue watching VOD titles that have been started.
  • I want to change the live programme guide style.

    Samsung TV Plus provides two different live programme guide styles. 'On Now' focuses on what's playing right now. 'Timeline' shows the schedule for the next 5 hours. You can change the style setting in 'Settings > Live program guide'.
  • I want to watch Samsung TV Plus content in full screen on my smartphone.

    Users have the option to watch content on the Top-Screen Player, in Full-Screen, Mini Player, Floating Player and Smart View (screen mirroring and Chromecast).
  • An error has occurred in the app. What should I do?

    We apologise for your inconvenience. Please follow the below steps and send us an error report.
    1. If the Samsung Members app is not installed, please download it from the app store.
    2. Open the Samsung TV Plus app and check if the error is still occuring.
    3. Select 'Contact Us' at the top of the Menu (three dots) in the 'Discover' or 'My TV Plus' tab.
    4. Click 'Send reports' and check 'Send System Log Data' with error details (log the issue occurred in last 5 minutes).
    5. We will respond after checking the issue log.
