  • What happens to my existing loan agreement once I upgrade?

    Following approval of your new application, once we’ve received your old phone and if any surcharge has to be paid, Klarna will settle and close your existing agreement before setting up your new loan agreement.
    Any missed payments and fees must be cleared on your existing loan agreement. Payments may differ on your new loan with Klarna.
  • Will I be able to get next day delivery?

    If your credit screening is approved on the same day as the order and before the delivery cut-off, next day delivery is possible. However, for pre-orders, we will set timelines for deliveries in advance.
  • What should I do before sending Samsung my old phone?

    Back up your files, photos and data, and remove your SIM and any memory cards. Samsung cannot recover any data from your phone after you send it. When sending your phone, please include the box and any accessories if possible.
  • Why has my application for credit been declined?

    We understand that customers can be concerned when their application for finance is unsuccessful. As responsible lenders, we have used all the details you have provided in your application and information supplied by a credit reference agency to allow us to make a decision. Each application is individually and carefully considered.
  • Why has my application for credit been cancelled?

    This application did not pass our verification process and as a result was cancelled. Any deposit payments made will be returned to your account within 3 working days. If you still wish to purchase your handset, you can use other forms of payment such as credit/debit card.
*The ability to upgrade your handset as part of the Upgrade Programme is offered by us on a discretionary basis. We do not guarantee that the Upgrade Programme will continue to be offered at the time of the release of our next flagship handset, or otherwise in the future. The condition of your returned phone will be reviewed upon receipt (you may be liable for a charge for excessive damage and if the handset is beyond economic repair you will not be eligible for the upgrade). There is no obligation to upgrade after 12 months, you can settle the credit agreement at any time. Your monthly payment for future Samsung Galaxy handsets may vary.
