Whilst we're pleased that you're enjoying the excellent audio clarity and long lasting battery life of your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, we're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with sound when nothing is playing, along with a lack of bass. This isn't what we'd expect, Azy, and we'd love to help. Both of the issues you describe can be caused by a poor fit. The constant sound can be because of microphone feedback loops, and a poor fit will let the low frequencies of the bass escape. So first and foremost, we recommend ensuring you have a good seal. You can try out the different tip sizes, and you'll need to ensure the blade is pointed toward your mouth for the best seal. You can find a fit test within your Galaxy Wearable app at Earbuds settings > Earbud fit test > Put both earbuds in your ears, and then tap Start. You can also remove the silicone ear tips and use a dry, soft brush or a clean microfiber cloth to gently sweep the mesh microphone grills and the tips themselves.
