- Galaxy Watch Ultra withstands temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 55 °C while being worn on the wrist, based on results from internal lab tests conducted by Samsung. Actual performance may vary depending on the environment where it is used. In very high or low temperatures, charging may be blocked, certain functions may be automatically terminated or unavailable, or the watch may shut down automatically for safety. Additionally, battery performance can be adversely affected at low temperatures.
- When in Power saving mode, some features, such as Wi-Fi connection, Wake-up gesture and others, may become unavailable. There may be restrictions on CPU speed, background network usage and location services.
- In normal battery mode, when Power saving mode or Exercise power saving mode is off, battery life is up to 60 hours with Always On Display enabled and up to 80 hours with Always On Display disabled.

- Race is available for outdoor running and outdoor cycling only. For comparative measurements, it is required to run on the same path as the pre-generated path. User can compare by selecting one of the records up to 14 days ago.

Salut! Ne pare rău să auzim că modelul Galaxy Watch Ultra nu și-a câștigat încă un loc pe lista ta de recomandări, însă îți mulțumim că ne-ai scris! În același timp, dorim să reamintim că este necesară o calibrare a senzorilor integrați în smartwatch la fiecare patru săptămâni, prin intermediul unui tensiometru cu manșetă, în cazul în care se doresc citiri precise ale tensiunii arteriale (introducerea unor valori aleatorii nu va face decât să returneze valori imprecise). Nu uita, ne poți contacta oricând prin intermediul centrului de suport Samsung (https://www.samsung.com/ro/support/), pentru informații detaliate în ceea ce privește produsele și serviciile companiei noastre.

We regret to read that you aren't having a positive experience with your Galaxy Watch Ultra. This watch isn't compatible with previous chargers, or Wireless Power Sharing, due to a change in the sensor design, making the measurements that your device takes more accurate. It is also possible to assess health data points that weren't previously supported because of this change, making our new watch range the most comprehensive trackers yet. To achieve this, a change to the shape of the back glass was required, increasing the difference between the internal wireless charging coil and the surface of the watch, meaning that previous chargers and Wireless Power Share wouldn't provide effective charging. The wireless charger included within the box is the correct model required to charge your new watch (EP-OL300), and is capable of quick charging speeds. Please make sure to use this charger moving forward, and we're certain that you will be able to have a truly enjoyable experience with your impressive watch. ^SK at Samsung Support

As you continue using your watch, it will progressively learn your usage patterns to adapt to them and stabilise. After a few weeks of use, you will notice a dramatic improvement as your watch maximises its battery efficiency while synchronising with your routine. We also recommend disabling the option 'Always on Display', if not required, which will also help lengthen the battery life of your watch. You can do this by heading to: Settings > Display > Disable the option 'Always On Display'. Si votre Galaxy Watch se bloque ou est sujette à des erreurs, vous pouvez essayer plusieurs manipulations pour la faire fonctionner : Redémarrer votre Galaxy Watch: fermez les applications en cours d’utilisation, éteignez la montre puis rallumez-la. Effectuer un redémarrage forcé: pour la Galaxy Watch, maintenez simultanément la touche Marche/Arrêt et la touche Retour enfoncées pendant 7 secondes. Effectuer un redémarrage forcé de la Galaxy Watch. Réinitialiser la Galaxy Watch: si les précédentes solutions n’ont pas fonctionné, essayez de résoudre le problème en effectuant une réinitialisation des paramètres de votre Galaxy Watch. Remarque: Cette opération entraîne la suppression de toutes les données personnelles enregistrées dans votre Galaxy Watch. Effectuez une sauvegarde des informations et données que vous souhaitez conserver. Vous pourrez restaurer les données sur votre montre après. Sur l’écran des applications, appuyez sur Paramètres.
