A. Galaxy S26 and S26+ come with two storage options of 512GB and 256GB. You should choose the storage option that best suits your lifestyle and demands, such as whether you need to save a lot of pictures and videos or download various apps and games.
• 512GB (with 12GB of memory): If you take a lot of pictures and videos or download various apps and games, then consider choosing the 512GB storage option on Galaxy S26 or S26+. It's overheating from front of phone, I had to change it for new one, and new one is also heating up

Had it 2 weeks and still having problems with software glitches. Screen flickers, apps close down, doesn't recognise fingerprints( it did initially) Updated everything as required, rebooted, followed all advice online. Still doing it. Not really happy and not had this problem with any of my previous Samsung phones. I like the size of the S26 but might consider going to iphone

Yeah I'd keep whatever you have, it's s25 in disguise..
We're saddened to hear that you feel this way. The S26 has many upgraded features compared to the S25, such as a larger, clearer and more responsive display, a longer lasting enhanced battery life, a higher base storage, better sound, more proactive AI, and a higher performing processor. We hope that with more usage, you will begin to enjoy these many benefits. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. ^EW at Samsung Support
I bought my Samsung s26 plus nearly 2 weeks ago and I'm having so many problems with the battery, not happy at all.

We understand that you've noticed these issues since purchasing your device, and that the charging performance has also been affected. With its powerful 4,900mAh battery, the Galaxy S26+ is designed to keep you powered throughout the day while adapting to your usage patterns over time to help optimise its performance. In the meantime, you may find this guide helpful for getting the most out of your battery: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-can-i-optimise-and-extend-the-battery-life-on-my-samsung-galaxy-smartphone/ You can also take advantage of up to 45W Super Fast Charging. When it comes to phones ive had 2 taken off me that i loved. Then got a motorola that was a nightmare and got hacked. Got the samsung s26 which i love and believe is hacked again. Life couldnt get any worse right now. I think the s6 is brilliant phone tho
We're pleased to know that you love your S26, but we're sorry to hear that you think you may have an issue with security. We'd love to help. Your phone is protected by both McAfee and Samsung Knox, which combine to deliver a powerful, multi-layered shield for your data and privacy. You can manually scan your phone to check for security threats by going to Settings > Device Care > App protection > Scan phone. You can also run a scan of your apps directly through the Play Store: Open the Google Play Store > Tap your Profile icon > Tap Play Protect > Tap Scan to check for harmful apps > Remove any harmful apps. We also recommend putting your phone into Safe mode, as your phone will not run any third-party apps in this mode, so you can identify if it is an app which is causing issues. First, press and hold the Side key and the Volume Down key at the same time. Then press and hold the Power off icon, and tap the Safe mode icon. Your phone will restart in Safe mode. Use your phone normally to see if the issue you were experiencing has been resolved while your phone is in Safe mode. If the problem has gone away, the likelihood is that it is an app that is causing the problem. You can exit Safe mode by tapping the notification "Safe mode is on. Tap here to turn off Safe mode" > Turn off. You can then remove any problematic apps until the problem is fixed, via Settings > Apps. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Support Teams who are on hand to help. You can find contact details and opening times here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ We hope this information is helpful! ^EW at Samsung Support

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.

We’re thrilled to see how much you are enjoying your S25 Ultra, Rajjdeep! It’s great that after deep research, the incredible capabilities of this model blew you away. The sleek design is perfectly complimented by the rich display and the speedy processor, which works in harmony with the battery to give you life all day. The 200 MP main camera lens captures true to life images, which can be edited easily with Galaxy AI. It’s the ideal device for gaming, work, and play - this model really has your back! ^SK at Samsung Support
