After six months of usage the immersive Sound and clear audio increased the experience of entertainment i have never ever experienced any connectivity issue as in my previous sound system faced. we need to place these speaker in proper places as described in user manual and feel the Dolby Atoms experience in all soundstages

If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote. You might want to try turning off Dynamic Range Control. Regarding no sound from the rear speakers, if you set the sound mode to SURROUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE, you will get surround sound effect from the rear speakers, even if the content is not encoded for surround sound. The SWA-9500S wirelessly connects to my Q Series soundbar and provides up firing Atmos and side firing surround sound. The sound is clear and adds extra depth to the viewing experience. I returned mine. I had very similar problems as many on this thread. They simply do not put out enough volume when paired with my Q700B Soundbar! I spent over a hour on the phone with a technician and we could not get it to work. The volume remained so low as to be unheard. The Samsung website says it is compatible with the Q700B, but on the product page itself, it says it is compatible with the Q700A soundbar, not the Q700B soundbar. I would be very willing to buy a pair that would work with my Q700B soundbar and woofer. If someone at Samsung could reach out to me, I remain interested as I want it to work.
Hello Brian, Thank you for sharing your experiences with Customer Service and the SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speakers. The SWA-9500S is 100% compatible with the HW-Q700B Soundbar. Use the Soundbar remote to adjust the volume of your rear speakers between -6 to +6. You will press CH LEVEL until you see REAR LEVEL and REAR TOP LEVEL. From there use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the volume accordingly. Make sure that your TV's Audio Format is set to Auto, Pass Through or Bitstream. If the setting is on PCM, you will experience reduced rear speaker quality as PCM can only output audio in 2.0 channels. Additionally, please be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with an Ethernet Channel (sometimes called HDMI HEC cable). This will ensure that your cable is not hindering any audio between your TV and Soundbar. Lastly, keep in mind that content that is not designed to play in 5.1 or higher will not send individual audio channels to your rear speakers, thus limiting your surround sound experience. i ordered the 9500s rear firing speakers to pair with my 2021 q800a soundbar. connected relatively easily, but adjustments were difficult and hard to find. while many of the reviews site compatibility with older soundbars as their main complaint it very clearly states which models this does and does not work with. my main disappointment with these speakers is their very poor/weak drivers and quiet sound at best. and yes i went through all the troubleshooting steps and verified them with customer support over the phone. these speakers look cool enough and are well built, but at $249-300 its not even close to worth it. i...

i honestly don't understand the previous poor reviews for this product. these are designed to be used with 2021 qled tv's and 2021 q soundbars. no point to buy them otherwise. when you use them with compatible products, they are terrific. i am using them with a 2021 samsung 80a-qled and a 2021 samsung q700a soundbar. ---- pros: they pair easily and flawlessly. it took me less then 5 minutes and only 2 steps to pair them to the soundbar. i love that they are truly wireless, with no wires having to go between the speakers. they sit on my endtable and are neat (not messy) with no wires hanging all around. a sepe...
I wanted to take my movie watching experience to the next level. I have a soundbar but I desired to be totally immersed in my movies. I decided to get the rear speakers and I've been nothing but satisfied. I love hearing planes wiz by my ear or the the birds chirping away. My dog even is surprised when he hears dogs barking.
