Works great for myself. I am an average user. I have almost exclusively used this as a hard backup of my phone photo storage. While traveling I have felt extremely comfortable packing the SSD arround, I got a small protective case and have had 0 issues with my device with all of my travels. Transfers seemed extremely fast from my s22 and 25 ultra device.
I got this portable drive a couple months ago. I got it because I am a wrestling coach and was recording all the matches. In no time my phone memory was filled up with videos and I had no room to even use my phone. This sleek little feller right here is awesome. It magnetized to my mag safe phone and the best part is that it is paper thin and light weight, so it's like it's not even there. It connects to my Galaxy tab s10 ultra, my s23 ultra, and my surface pro 9 seamlessly. Which allows me to transfer data with ease. It's ...
The T7 is a USB 3.2 (Gen2) drive that is super light and super small. It is swift (10Gbps), assuming you have a compatible USB 3.2 port. It is roughly the size of a credit card and fits almost anywhere! It features password security that encrypts the drive and keeps the contents safe, so it is perfect if you have sensitive or confidential data, or work in an environment where data must be protected. I work in the government healthcare field, so this drive is a must. The drive offers 256bit AES hardware encryption. The o...

I’ve been using the Samsung Portable SSD for a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed with its performance and reliability. The biggest advantage is the speed—file transfers are incredibly fast compared to traditional external hard drives. I regularly move large datasets and project files, and it handles everything smoothly without lag.
I bought my T7 SSD 2TB in 2024 to transfer and hold all of my musical audio. As an independent artist, transferring files and saving them is VERY important. Not only do I have enough space (for now) but the ablity to customizable file names, it having slim form factor, durability, having a type C port and not getting hot when transferring files has all been a plus. Made different situations with large files alot easier to manage than other SSDs i used before. Definitely one of the most reliable piece of tech I own today.
Right out of the box, I knew this was going to be super easy to setup and use. It even comes with two cables to plug into with a standard USB to USB-C or USB-C to USB-C. All you have to do is plug it in and run the software install file that pops up. Setup even let's you encrypt the drive for privacy or you can leave it off if you wish. Deciding if you want to encrypt or not is the hardest part of setup and use. Samsung has done it again! The drive doesn't get too hot and maintains its speed without over heating because o...
This SSD is very fast and easy to connect. I actually have two of them and will get another! It's very sleek, non-bulky, and perfect for storing lots of media. I use them for my Steam games, and the capacity is very sufficient. No issues with durability after several years!
