My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, 
Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success.
Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. 
My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  
My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. 
Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  
I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside.
The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. 
The whole family loves this purchase.

I love everything about this refrigerator I love the space inside . I love how I can see my food cook on the refrigerator from my bespoke smart range I love to watch recipes on the screen it has I love the beverage center my water jug refills itself and I like how the ice is so crunchy

I love technology

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also,  doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

Beautiful Self House Warming Gift But…

I’ve had this fridge for about 2 weeks, so I’m still learning how to use it. My favorite feature of the tablet is being able to mirror my Samsung tv. My husband doesn’t have to pause or wait for me to watch out shows while I’m cooking. I’m not as in love with the ai vision so far. It doesn’t work like I expected and hard to use. I still can’t figure out how to see the whole fridge on my phone or is that not possible? Love the beverage center, two kinds of ice and all the freezer space. I do think I am losing a lot of space for my door condiments though. The shelves are deep and that’s good to make up for the half shelf on the right. I’m glad I got this on sale because I wouldn’t be happy if it was more than the $2600 I spent, but overall, I really love it.

I bought the refrigerator in June, and did not received it until August. I was frustrated about the long wait, but every day I have the refrigerator I love it more and more.

I absolutely love the fridge. So many cool things and features. Looks great in my kitchen. Every time so comes to my house they admire my fridge. My household is in love as well.

Awesome Fridge! Best Purchase

Been using for 2 months now. Love it! Didn't think we'd use the water pitcher much but everyone now prefers it as it fills cups quickly. Really like all the different storage shelfs and bins. Everyone is really enjoying the interactive tablet-like features on the door and very convenient for making new recipes. AI on food is a great feature too and hoping it prevents food waste in our home. Very high quality look and feel.

Super Cool Refrigerator with AI!

We purchased the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex 29 cubic foot refrigerator with AI Family Hub and have had a great experience with it. I was initially impressed by the job Samsung did packing it, there’s little to no chance this beauty would get damaged in transport. As a techy, I enjoyed learning about all its functionality, interfaces and the display screen—it’s amazing. I connected it to both Samsung the SmartThings and my Alexa home network. I amazed the family by playing my wife’s favorite tune then demonstrated how to play YouTube videos while preparing a meal or just snacking in the kitchen. By morning I had loaded some of our favorite travel pics including some really unique sculptures we’ve seen on our travels and set the to play as a slideshow. But wait, there’s more, I set the ice maker to pause making ice during late night hours—but it’s so quiet, that really is just icing on the cake. Speaking of pastries, after we loaded the fridge we had practically a whole shelf just for layovers and the strawberry rhubarb pie my wife made that evening. There’s more, it boasts a super cool beverage center where we loaded our cold coffee and other refreshments, and loaded infuser with fruit in the pitcher included with the beverage center. This is hands down the best appliance we’ve ever owned and one I trust will be the Family Hub at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m including some pics taken during setup because I was so impressed with the packing.
