Great pedestal fits perfectly for my dryer and washer. Raised the height to a good height to prevent bending causing back fatigue. Pedestal also greatly helps reduce shaking of machines making them run much quieter. Draw also and space to keep laundry room organized

Excellent will built pedestal

It may be silly but my favorite feature of this pedestal is the fact that it raises the washer and dryer to an easier height to reach inside. Especially such a deep washer and dryer. Aside from that, its sturdy, has a nice storage area and is pleasing on the eyes!

Awesome Pedestal

Excellent! Arrived well packed, placement of both New Washer and Dryer was easy, installation of securing devices went smooth. Quality of pedastal is fantastic, drawer operation smooth, capacity is great. Wife especialky loves blue color Strong materials, well builr, good looking, excellent performance to date of Washer, Dryer, Pedestals. Time in service @ 6 mos. Love the AI connectivity and machine status via Mobile.

Nice Equipment, Great Laundry System

I also received a damaged product with a large dent, which may have occurred during shipping or might have been a previously returned item. I contacted customer service about my options, but they said they couldn’t offer a replacement—only a return. Moreover, they wouldn’t pick it up from my door; I had to drop it off somewhere else. This seems like a tactic to discourage returns because the product is somewhat heavy, and many people might simply keep the damaged item rather than go through the hassle.

Received Damaged item - no replacement option

Package and shipping handling needs improvement on these pedestals! I really wanted the pedestals with my washer and dryer in a complete set but the pedestals gets shipped with UPS and arrived damaged not just the first time, but the second time as well! I gave it another shot since the customer support told me it won’t get damaged the second time and they will replace it for me if it happens again. Guess what? It is damaged again! I really wanted to let go of the damages but it is so big that it 100% needs to be returned again. I’m very upset at how much trouble this brings me given the fact that these are not cheap either. It’s like I have all the time in the world to spend all these money looking for all the troubles. Please advise what you can do to deliver these pedestals by some other partnered companies who can also install these right away. UPS is not the way to go. Not with such fragile appliance accessories.

Disappointment and frustration piece of junk

It's hard to believe that Samsung still can't seem to figure out proper packaging, especially after so many complaints. Our pedestal arrived today with damage in three different places, which is really disappointing. We've already started the return process, but it’s frustrating to deal with this."

Bad packaging, always arrives damaged

I ordered pedestals because one of your representative mentioned that they could delay the shipping for us. But later on they could not hold the shipping and they were shipped to my new house which was under construction. On 08/31/2024 when I moved to my new house, I received the washer and dryer while installing when I opened the pedestals one of them is dented as shown in the below image. The RXO guy said he would not be installing either or washer on the dented one and only kept washer on one of the pedestal and the dryer is on the ground level. When I try to reach out to customer service they are routing me to multiple department chats. I really want someone from Samsung to looks into this review and escalate my case.

Dented very poor customer service

Ernest

Huge bummer received (2) pedestals damaged in the mail with dents on both front drawers…confirming these were brought directly through Samsung. I reached out directly and informed Samsung of my damaged items. They informed me I would need to box the pedestals back up, print labels, and return to FedEx myself. I informed them of my current disability and not able to lift. They were not willing to work with my disability or offer alternatives to find a work around. The customer service was really upsetting. I already received a damaged dryer as well. If damaged items are delivered Samsung makes it your problem to find a solution and you can’t talk to a supervisor. I waited on the phone for 3 1/2 hours with no solution.

Received (2) damaged pedestals

This was a great, aesthetically pleasing solution for our washer and dryer set up. Being a taller person, this made getting stuff in and out of both of our washers so much easier. It matches the appliances perfectly and adds additional storage space!

Practical and Matches

Been using my new machines and corresponding pedestals for a few months now. This review is for the pedestals. They work great without any issues so far. Really sturdy, hooked up to machines easy and height is great for me at 5'6". I bought in Navy to match my machines and they look great together.

Sturdy base

We love the pedestal. It’s a great addition to the machine and puts the door at a perfect height for use. It matches perfectly, so definitely adds to the ambiance of the updated machines. It also holds a good amount in the storage, so it helps us keep the laundry room a bit more tidy. We would definitely recommend the addition of the pedestal for your units. You won’t be disappointed.

Great addition to an incredible machine

The pedestal is both stylish and functional. The Brushed Navy color looks fantastic—it's a rich, modern shade that complements my laundry room perfectly. The drawer is spacious enough to store laundry supplies, cleaning products, and even extra towels or sheets. It helps keep the room organized and clutter-free, which I really appreciate. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek and minimalistic, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.

Stylish and Functional

The pedestal is fantastic. It fits perfectly with my one unit washer & dryer. I have limited space, Highly recommend this space saver.

Excellent add on

* Most customers receive pedestals with dents, scratches, or broken components upon arrival
* Many report unresponsive support and repeated denials of replacements or solutions
* Some praise the sleek design, sturdy construction, and ergonomic elevated height benefit
* Several highlight the spacious storage drawer and premium brushed navy finish appeal
* A few mention high price as unjustified given the overall experience and value
