the panels are nice and compliment any kitchen well.

Worth the purchase.

We bought new panels for our 4 door flex fridge, which we love! But beware, the white glass is NOT white. It’s slightly gray or off white.

White glass is NOT white, but it is pretty.

Nicole

I bought a 4 door fridge, I was promised panels but they never had the colors that I wanted. I kept in touch and I was told that the code I was given does not expire. I have called recently and given a representative the code , she inserts it but apparently nothing comes up. At this point I am ready to accept any colors that they have but I am getting no where. I have Samsung phones, washer dryer laptop etc but I am so frustrated right now and I don’t know if I will buy anything from them if I don’t get these panels.

Samsung fridge panels

I agree with other reviewers that the ability to customize this refrigerator is a scam, and Samsung appears to be in no hurry to address growing customer concerns about it. We bought the four-door flex refrigerator two years ago with the promise that we would received four additional panels as part of the purchase. There was a form to complete to request the additional panels, which we did and mailed in (because the referenced online form was nowhere to be found). There has been no acknowledgement or response since. Periodically, every time I checked the website the gray glass top panels have never been available. The company would do well to fulfill the sales promises it makes and try to win back some loyalty. The refrigerator itself works great, has a large capacity, and a convenient refrigerator/freezer flex option, but the aesthetics of two-toned panels and non-fulfillment of panels owed us is a daily reminder of how poor Samsung customer service is.

No Customization_No Customer Service

I just received new panels for my bespoke fridge and they sent a top panel that’s made wrong and won’t fit the fridge . Customer service is awful and now I’m stuck with 3 white panels and one colored one .

Awful customer service

In our kitchen 8 months and love everything about it. White glass panels are great for leaving notes too.

8 months later we love it.

Obtaining my approval for the panels was simple and approved within 48 hours. I fist checked and panels were out of stock. I checked back 2 days later and they were in stock. I ordered and all is well. Expecting my panels any day now. Also customer service was a breeze and all handled online via chat. Maybe for those having issues try the chat feature.

Very Pleased

Khristine

We purchased our Bespoke four-door Flex refrigerator last year during the promotion of receiving four panels for free. We filled out the form online and never received our panels. Life happens, and after reading some of the reviews below it seems that we were not the only one that had the same issue. We are currently trying to purchase refrigerator panels but are having difficulty finding any colors other than black. When we purchased our refrigerator, we were promised customization, and now it's very difficult to do that.

Fridge is Fine, Customization unavailable.

Samsung scam about their advertisement for their Bespoke panels, customer service are terrible. I am waiting for two months now still not resolve my case. This is a mistake to buy Samsung product. Half the colors are “coming soon,” the other half are “not for this model,” and the rest are “out of stock indefinitely.”
Basically, Samsung is selling customization the same way fast-food places sell “ice cream machines”—in theory only. I bought the 4-Door Flex for the customization, and instead I got a fridge with the personality

Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex Panel product

I can’t believe you still advertise all of the colors that have been unavailable for years and then a promotion on top, wow Samsung. Yeah I still want the colors that were the reason for the purchase. I have had to hear my wife tell me she hates our ugly fridge for a year.

12 colors and 2 finishes, fake news.

"Panel promotion SCAM" this was my review title and Samsung support gave standard response on it. I wasted my time again in contacting their support. Their support again failed me, some of them couldn't even browse the Reference ID shared by Samsung support over my review. And after spending hours in chatting with them, in the end from every department I got to know what I already knew and what was my concern itself, they would give me Samsung website link showing which all panels they have. So, don't know how Samsung is able to digest people's hard earned money!

Fdback on suprt based on smsng rspns 2 my last rvw

Earlier when I bought this refrigerator there were lot of fun colors. For past 6months I am trying to order the green with clementine combination but either one is present or none are. The code only works one time. What a shame!!! This is a scam making customers to believe we have options to customize.

Free panels are a scam

* Customers describe the panel customization as misleading marketing, with promised colors like navy and charcoal discontinued after purchase
* Many waited months or over a year for panels that never arrived, were damaged, or had expired rebate codes
* Reviewers report being forced to accept only black or off-white finishes despite initial promises of wide color selection
* Customers encountered unresponsive customer service with transferred calls, outdated links, and no meaningful resolution offered
* A few acknowledge good cooling performance, but say this cannot offset the panel disappointment and broken promises
