Package and shipping handling needs improvement on these pedestals! I really wanted the pedestals with my washer and dryer in a complete set but the pedestals gets shipped with UPS and arrived damaged not just the first time, but the second time as well! I gave it another shot since the customer support told me it won’t get damaged the second time and they will replace it for me if it happens again. Guess what? It is damaged again! I really wanted to let go of the damages but it is so big that it 100% needs to be returned again. I’m very upset at how much trouble this brings me given the fact that these are not cheap either. It’s like I have all the time in the world to spend all these money looking for all the troubles. Please advise what you can do to deliver these pedestals by some other partnered companies who can also install these right away. UPS is not the way to go. Not with such fragile appliance accessories.

Disappointment and frustration piece of junk

It's hard to believe that Samsung still can't seem to figure out proper packaging, especially after so many complaints. Our pedestal arrived today with damage in three different places, which is really disappointing. We've already started the return process, but it’s frustrating to deal with this."

Bad packaging, always arrives damaged

I also received a damaged product with a large dent, which may have occurred during shipping or might have been a previously returned item. I contacted customer service about my options, but they said they couldn’t offer a replacement—only a return. Moreover, they wouldn’t pick it up from my door; I had to drop it off somewhere else. This seems like a tactic to discourage returns because the product is somewhat heavy, and many people might simply keep the damaged item rather than go through the hassle.

Received Damaged item - no replacement option

I ordered pedestals because one of your representative mentioned that they could delay the shipping for us. But later on they could not hold the shipping and they were shipped to my new house which was under construction. On 08/31/2024 when I moved to my new house, I received the washer and dryer while installing when I opened  the pedestals one of them is dented as shown in the below image. The RXO guy said he would not be installing either or washer on the dented one and only kept washer on one of the pedestal and the dryer is on the ground level. When I try to reach out to customer service they are routing me to multiple department chats. I really want someone from Samsung to looks into this review and escalate my case.

Purchased 2 a week ago and one came Tuesday Perfectly fine the following day the second one came Dented and missinsing the mounting equipment to properly secure the Dryer.
Made several calls and chats but kept getting bounced around finally spoke to someone. I got $100 credit but still no brackets to

Shaky Quality and Questionable Customer Service

It may be silly but my favorite feature of this pedestal is the fact that it raises the washer and dryer to an easier height to reach inside. Especially such a deep washer and dryer. Aside from that, its sturdy, has a nice storage area and is pleasing on the eyes!

Huge bummer received (2) pedestals damaged in the mail with dents on both front drawers…confirming these were brought directly through Samsung. I reached out directly and informed Samsung of my damaged items. They informed me I would need to box the pedestals back up, print labels, and return to FedEx myself. I informed them of my current disability and not able to lift. They were not willing to work with my disability or offer alternatives to find a work around. The customer service was really upsetting. I already received a damaged dryer as well. If damaged items are delivered Samsung makes it your problem to find a solution and you can’t talk to a supervisor. I waited on the phone for 3 1/2 hours with no solution.

Excellent!  Arrived well packed, placement of both New Washer and Dryer was easy, installation of securing devices went smooth.  Quality of pedastal is fantastic, drawer operation smooth, capacity is great.  Wife especialky loves blue color   Strong materials, well builr, good looking, excellent performance to date of Washer, Dryer, Pedestals.  Time in service @ 6 mos.  Love the AI connectivity and machine status via Mobile.

Nice Equipment, Great Laundry System

Bought this product and came damage.I attemtep multiple times to inform them about the issues as other comments here which I hovered which are true. They do not appreciate the customer and only have excuses to transfer to different agents that are the worse in customer service and if talking to a supervisor/manager is impossible as they "do not have any" the come up with any excuse to not replace the item or get it return and even those I was within the return window I was given the excuse is because due to the time. I was giving a damage item that looks so bad and will not purchase any more products from Samsun. Believe the comments!! and do not buy this.
