I purchased the bezel for the 65" Frame TV, and although it looks great for the most part, the corners that come together at a 45-degree angle have a gap and are not able to close that gap. When I called Samsung customer support, I spoke with someone who said I should just return it, but provided no customer service.  When I asked for a supervisor or a manager, they said they would not come on the line. This is beyond frustrating, and I would have gone with another competitor if I had known this was the issue.  Thankfully, I still have all of the boxes the TV and bezel came in, and I plan to just return everything since customer service is awful!

Buyer Beware!

The product is made of very cheap plastic that is poorly packaged. Two out of the 4 pieces arrived cracked. I sat on the phone for an hour and a half jumping through hoops with Samsung (sending pictures of the damage and explaining the situation). After an hour and a half they insisted I send back the completely broken plastic pieces across the country so that they can confirm the damage and refused to send a replacement until the product is inspected. Not sure why I had to spend 90 minutes sending them pictures then. For the poor quality and poor customer service, this product is a very poor value.
