Samsung has discovered that some fraudulent communications and e-mails are being sent in the name of Samsung unauthorisedly and illegally using its registered trademarks and name of officials wherein the sender of such communications / e-mails is asking for cash or money in form of Bank draft, money order, electronic transfer etc. to be deposited for appearing in the interview or getting offer letters. Samsung hereby makes it clear that Samsung is not involved in any such activity and has no policy whatsoever wherein such payments are demanded either for interviews or for giving offer letters. Samsung disclaims its liability completely in case of individuals relying on such fraudulent communications / e-mails and making payments relying on those communications / e-mails.
