What is the Samsung Never Mind offer?
Get one time replacement of broken screen by paying Rs. 990, at the time of repair, to the authorized Samsung service center. Only broken screen will be covered under the Never Mind offer. Scratches on the screen or damage due to liquid or fluid will not be covered under this Offer.
Samsung Never Mind offer is applicable on which Samsung Products?
S Series: S8+, S8, S7 edge, S7, S6 edge + , S6 edge, S6.
Note Series: Note 8, Note 5, Note 5 Dual.
A Series: A7 2017, A5 2017, A9 Pro, A7 2016 and A5 2016

What is the Offer Period?
The offer is valid across all Samsung Products mentioned above which are purchased and activated in India between 21stSep’17 - 21stOct’17 (both dates inclusive)
Which Outlets/retailers can extend this offer?
The offer can be availed at all outlets Pan India, Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store) and any other e-commerce portals.
How can I avail the offer?
Every customer who has purchased and activated the eligible product (refer Q2) during the offer period (refer Q3) can avail one time screen replacement of the broken screen.
The offer can be redeemed by paying Rs.990 at the time of replacement of the broken screen. It can be availed starting from the 7th day after the date of activation of the product till a period of 12 months, at any authorized service center of Samsung.
Customer will be required to produce the original invoice issued by the respective outlet at the time of repair.
What is the amount that I need to pay? Do I have to pay additional taxes on this amount?
Customer needs to pay Rs 990 (all inclusive) at the time of replacement of the broken screen to the authorized service center of Samsung.
Is the amount fixed or is different for all phones?
Broken screen of any of the eligible products (refer Q2) can be replaced by paying Rs 990/- to the authorized service center of Samsung at the time of its replacement.
Do I pay the amount when I am buying the phone?
No, Customer does not have to pay any additional cost at the time of purchase. Rs. 990 needs to be paid to the authorized service center of Samsung at the time of redemption of the offer i.e. broken screen replacement.
Can I get the screen replaced any time after I purchased the phone?
No, One time screen replacement offer of the broken screen can only be availed once starting from 7th day post the date of activation of the eligible product (refer Q2) till a period of 12 months.
Is the offer available if I buy my phone under finance scheme?
Yes, The offer is valid on all modes of payments( Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, NBFC etc) as long as the eligible product (refer Q2) is purchased and activated within the offer period (refer Q3).
Can the customer get the screen replaced multiple times (by paying 990) in the offer period?
No, the offer can be availed only once starting from 7th day post the date of activation of the eligible product (refer Q2) till a period of 12 months.
What if the phone is activated after the offer period, is the offer still applicable?
No, the customer will not be eligible to avail the offer in case the eligible product (refer Q2) is activated outside of the offer period (refer Q3).
Will I get any confirmation of the offer?
Since there is no registration required for this offer, no confirmation will be sent to the consumer. Customer must retain the original invoice in order to avail the offer.
Can any other damage be combined with the offer?
This offer is only on broken screen replacement and any other repair will be done as per the warranty terms of Samsung, extra charges may apply (if any) as per the warranty terms.
I have a scratch on the phone. Can that be claimed?
This offer is only on replacement of broken screen at Rs 990/- & any scratches on the phone will not be eligible for this Offer. Any other damage (warranty void) condition will be chargeable as per Samsung service policy.
What if I have lost the invoice?
Invoice is mandatory for availing the offer. Customers are requested to retain the original invoice. Without the invoice the Offer cannot be availed.
What if I don’t avail the offer within 12 months?
The offer will lapse if the consumer doesn’t avail this offer within 12 months from the date of activation (i.e. during the offer period (refer Q3)) of the eligible product (refer Q2).
