How to fix if Samsung laptop keyboard is not working?

If LED light is not glowing, then visit the nearby service center along with laptop and charger.

Else, follow the further recommendations.

Note:- Some laptop models does not have this function.

Restart your laptop and check whether the keyboard is working fine.

Path:- Go to Control panel > hardware and sound > device manager > keyboard > updating driver software

Check the keys functionality by typing one by one on notepad.

Check the 'Fn Lock'

Check the 'Num Lock'

Some keys are Intermittent operation: -

1.      Any key Hard to press

2.      Any key consciously pressed

3.      Some keys are while pressing not reflected.

Open a notepad (windows button + R = RUN command to type notepad and then press enter notepad will be open) then press the Alphabet key and Number keys to check one by one.

If still issue occurs. Kindly visit at your nearest service center.
