What are Charms in Windows 8 based Samsung PC?

The Charms is a new type of Menu in Windows 8 based Samsung PC that combines the Start menu with the Control Panel of existing Windows. The Charms allows you to quickly configure the devices connected to your computer, search for Application, use the sharing function and many more.

You can search for a program or file in the Applications/ Settings/Files. |

You can use this menu to transfer a picture or file to another user . |

You can move to the Start screen using this Charm. |

You can move directly to a desired device, to handle tasks such as importing pictures. |

The Settings charm allows you to perform basic tasks such as adjusting the volume, turning off the PC etc. |
