How to Block and Unblock numbers

You can stop a certain number from calling you through the settings of your phone. You can also block all unknown numbers from calling you. Select one of the below options to find out how:

Note: Available screens and settings may vary by software version and phone model.

How to Block

Step 1: Tap on Phone

Step 2: Tap on More Options (three dots).

Step 3: Tap on Settings.

Step 4: Tap on Block numbers.

Step 5: Tap on the + icon.
Please note: you can also add numbers that are in your contact list by tapping on the Contacts.

Step 6: Number added in block list.

How to Unblock

Step 1: Tap on Phone

Step 2: Tap on More Options (three dots).

Step 3: Tap on Settings.

Step 4: Tap on Block numbers.

Step 5: Tap on the - icon.

Step 6: Number removed from the block list.

Step 3: Select the number/contact & tap on detail icon.

Step 4: Tap on More (three dots).

Step 5: Tap on Block contact.

Step 6: Tap on Block to confirm.

Step 4: Tap on More (three dots).
