How to adjust brightness on Samsung Mobile Device?
Is your Mobile Device too bright or dim? Follow these steps to adjust yout screen brightness accordingly.
Please note: For older models, select Display in My Device
Please note: For older models, untick Automatic Brightness instead
What if the screen is too dark to see?
If your screen is too dark to even change the brightness settings, you can try resetting your phone:
Press and hold the Volume down button and Power button at the same time for at least 7 seconds to reset your phone.
If you're experiencing unusual behaviour (unusual battery drain or heating) on Samsung mobiles, tablets or wearables, you can send us an error report or ask us a question in the Samsung Members app.
This allows us to take a closer look at what is happening. The data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation. Find out more about sending an error report through the Samsung Members app.
