What is an Instant Upload in Samsung Smartphones?

Instant Photo Upload allows the photos that are stored on your Samsung mobile device to instantly upload to your Google+ account or to other accounts. From there you can share photos with your Circles or keep them private. Uploaded images are set to private, until you share them publically. You can instantly upload photos from the Gallery application by taping the Share icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

Enabling/Disabling Google Photos Sync :

If you have already setup your Google Account, you can turn Google Photos Sync on or off by touching Google photos sync is ON/OFF.

Limiting Network Data Usage :

If you are concerned about this feature using an excessive amount of mobile data, you can touch the checkbox next to Sync on WiFi only. Photos will only synchronize to your Google+ account when you are connected to a Wi-Fi® data connection.

NOTE: In some devices Instant upload is named as Share via.
