What is Pan to Browse Images feature in Samsung Galaxy S3(GT-I9300)?

The Pan to Browse Images is a special feature under Motion control in Samsung Galaxy S III (I9300) that allows you to literally move around the image in which you are zoomed in. Please note that this feature will not be applicable on the image which are not zoomed in.

Following must be done in order to move around a zoomed image or webpage as shown in the image above :
●  Touch and hold anywhere on the image which is zoomed in. 
●  Move the phone up or down, left or right to pan around the image.
●  Now, Release to stop panning around the image.
