Why same App price differs when compared between Samsung App and Google Playstore?

Google Play and Samsung Apps are digital application distribution platforms and online electronics and digital media store developed and maintained by Google and Samsung respectively.
Samsung Apps and Google Play use a different method to calculate the exchange rate. So , application prices vary depending on the exchange rate on a daily and hourly basis, which means that Samsung Apps and Google Play may show a different price for the same application.
