Can I use my Samsung TV in another Country?
Samsung does not recommend using your TV purchased from India in another country or vice-versa. Furthermore, your TV is not covered under warranty when used in another country.
● Samsung TVs sold in India are designed to work with PAL broadcasting signals and an input voltage of AC 100 - 240V 50/60Hz. The TV will not work if it receives a NTSC or SECAM broadcast signal.
● You can purchase a voltage converter in most retail electronics stores to convert the voltage to AC 100 - 240V 50/60Hz when using the TV at locations outside India. Additionally, if the Location in which you will be using the TV does not support the PAL signal, you need to purchase a converter box to convert that signal to PAL.
