If you have lost your recovery phrase for your wallet in the Samsung Blockchain Keystore, you can check it using other personal information.

Go to “Recovery phrase” and verify using either your PIN or fingerprint. Then, you will see the 12 words. 

However, if you’ve lost your PIN or cannot use your fingerprint and are not able to see the recovery phrase again, you can't keep using the existing wallet or restore the wallet in other wallet services.
