How much will I pay when I upgrade to a new phone?You will pay the current price of the new phone that you select, minus your trade in value (up to 50% RRP of your old device), minus any eligible promotions and discounts that are applicable at the time of your upgrade.
You will have to turn-in your Galaxy S26 Series device when you upgrade. -
Can I turn in any phone when I upgrade?No. In order to be eligible for an upgrade benefit you will have to turn in the Galaxy S26 Series device you purchased when you signed up for New Galaxy Club.

Do I need Samsung account in order to subscribe for the New Galaxy Club?A Samsung Account is not required to sign up for the New Galaxy Club.
Signing up with a Samsung Account will give you the benefit of tracking your New Galaxy Club subscription on your account page. -
When will my New Galaxy Club subscription end?Your subscription will end when you upgrade to a new phone and turn in your Galaxy S26 Series device or after the launch period for the next Galaxy S Series.

Are there any restrictions on upgrading multiple times during the same 12-month period?You can only upgrade from the next Galaxy S Series pre-order and you may only do one upgrade per device.

Can I subscribe to the New Galaxy Club in stores other than Samsung.com and will I be able to upgrade in other stores?No. The New Galaxy Club is currently available exclusively on samsung.com. You will be able to complete your upgrade only on samsung.com.

Introduction
1. By signing up for and joining the New Galaxy Club (“NGC” or “Programme”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as: (i) the Samsung Online Store Terms and Conditions; and (ii) the Samsung Online Store Trade-In Programme Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions in relation to online store purchases. In these Terms and Conditions, references to “you”, “your” and “Customer” are references to the person using or accessing this Programme, and references to “Samsung” are references to Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd.
2. Under this Programme, you will be entitled to the following:
(i) Guaranteed Trade-In Value. A guaranteed trade-in value (“Residual Value”) of your existing Samsung smartphone (“Old Device”) – amounting to up to fifty per cent (50%) of the Regular Retail Price (“RRP”) of the Old Device – for a new Samsung smartphone (“New Device”), where such New Device will be the latest flagship smartphone launch (of a device in the same series as the Old Device) by Samsung, provided that you trade in your Old Device under this Programme during the Pre-Order or Launch period of such New Device.
For example, you will be guaranteed a Residual Value of fifty per cent (50%) of the RRP for your Old Device (e.g., Galaxy S24 Ultra), provided that you trade in your Old Device and purchase the New Device (e.g., Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ or Galaxy S25 Ultra) under this Programme during the Pre-Order or Launch period of said New Device.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Residual Value will be dependent on the condition on the Old Device as well as such other applicable Samsung Online Store Trade-In Programme Terms and Conditions.
(ii) Samsung Care+. Complimentary 2-year Samsung Care+ Screen Care coverage for your Old Device.
Warranties and Disclaimers
3. Samsung and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Samsung had been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from participation in this Programme.

General
5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
6. If any provision or part these Terms and Conditions is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any enactment or rule of law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
7. Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
8. You agree that Samsung may subcontract the performance of any of its obligations or may assign these Terms and Conditions or any of its rights or obligations without giving you notice.
