Terms & Conditions

1. A total of two Welcome Vouchers/offer worth ₹ 2500 (₹ 1500 + ₹ 1000) respectively (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”/“Campaign”) is being run by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) and redeemed on Samsung Shop App (“App”) only for select customers.
2. The above-mentioned vouchers are valid for 06 (six) months from the date of voucher credit to the customer.
3. This Campaign is valid for Indian residents who have attained the age of 18 years or above and making purchases under the Samsung EPP Program (i.e. ‘Samsung Corporate +’ or ‘Samsung Student +’ Program).
4. Under this Campaign, customers (also referred to as “you” or “your”) will be eligible to receive two (2N) Welcome Vouchers (one-time discount coupons) worth ₹ 1000 and ₹ 1500 respectively on purchase of select Samsung Products. Details of the coupons and product categories are listed in Annexure A below.
5. For availing these discount vouchers, customers will be required to download the Samsung Shop App in their mobiles and do an App sign in on Corporate/Campus profile via official/student Email ID.
6. Once you complete the sign-in, you will be able to unlock the discount voucher(s), which can be redeemed for making purchase(s) of select Samsung Product(s) on App.
7. While placing the order you need to ensure that you fill up correct details as regard their name, address, mobile number, email id etc. Samsung shall not be responsible or liable for providing any incorrect information in this regard.
8. The Product(s) purchased under this Campaign will be delivered to you by Samsung.
9. Placing of your order on the App does not mean that your order is accepted unless you receive an order confirmation from Samsung.
10. The price of the Product as listed on the App shall be inclusive of all taxes.
11. The Welcome Vouchers under this Campaign cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run by Samsung unless specifically provided/stated by Samsung.
12. Samsung further reserves the right to bar certain customers/mobile numbers/accounts/email IDs’ from participating in this Campaign, at its sole discretion.
13. In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or other product specific or third party offer(s), its services these Terms (however arising, including negligence). Standard manufacturer’s warranty, if any, shall be applicable for all Products.
14. Samsung including its authorised partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
15. The participation in the Campaign is on voluntary basis. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.By availing offers under this Campaign, Customer(s) agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its event management company relating to the Campaign and for the purpose of ensuring order fulfilment and obtaining customer feedback. Customer(s) unconditionally agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung in this respect.
16. Samsung reserves the right to modify/alter or discontinue these Terms and Conditions or extend/withdraw/annul the Campaign or offers under this Campaign at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
17. Samsung shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. Standard manufacturer’s warranty, if any, shall be applicable for all Products.
18. In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Campaign, its services these Terms (however arising, including negligence). Samsung shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
19. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
20. Any dispute relating to the Offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.

FAQS

1. How can I unlock the welcome vouchers?

To unlock the welcome vouchers, download the Samsung Shop App. Login with your Official/Student Email ID of company/institute registered with Samsung. Welcome vouchers will be visible under my voucher section on “My page” section.

2. My welcome vouchers are not visible on the Desktop/Mobile Site?

The welcome vouchers are visible only for users of the Samsung Shop App registered with their Official/Student email ID (Only companies/institutes registered with Samsung).

3. How many welcome vouchers do I get?

Each registered Shop App users get 2N vouchers across different categories of different value respectively.

4. Till when are the welcome vouchers Valid?

Welcome Vouchers once generated are valid for a period of 06 (six) months.

5. Can I get more than 1 welcome voucher for a category?

No, only 1 welcome voucher per category is valid as mentioned below:-


• 01 welcome voucher for ₹ 1000 is valid for galaxy devices (mobile and related categories) and
• 01 welcome voucher for ₹ 1500 is valid for TV and Home Appliances.
6. Can I share my welcome vouchers with my friend?

The welcome vouchers can only be used by the App user who has generated it. It will not be applicable if tried to redeem from other accounts.

7. Why is my welcome voucher not working?

The welcome voucher may not be applicable on account of the below mentioned reasons:-

• The ₹ 2500 welcome vouchers may not be applicable during some special sales/events.
• ₹ 2500 welcome vouchers are not applicable on all products across category/ies.
