How to Pre-reserve next Galaxy Device?The Pre-reserve window starts on 8th July’26 till 22nd July’26 or till pre-booking starts, whichever is earlier (“Pre-reserve Period”).
The steps to Pre-reserve:
• Click on the Pre-reserve button to add next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.
• Pay ₹ 999 /- using any prepaid payment options available on the pre reserve page.
• You will receive next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass through email & message on your registered email/mobile number.
• Referral, welcome voucher, Loyalty points cannot be used for pre-reserve purchase. -
What are the Pre-reserve benefits?• Be among the first few customers to lay your hands on the Samsung next Galaxy device.
• You will receive an e-Store voucher worth upto ₹ 2799:
- - An extra benefit upto ₹ 2799 through e-Store voucher to spend on samsung.com or at Samsung Shop App (on selected products, read TnCs) .This benefit will only be availed once main product (i.e. next Galaxy) is added in cart and this eStore voucher is applied at checkout.
- - The amount, ₹ 999 paid to Pre-reserve your next Galaxy would be adjusted against the purchase value of the Eligible Device (i.e. next Galaxy).
- - If Consumer buys an eligible add-on product less than their pre reserve voucher (i.e. e-Store voucher), then he/she will lose the benefit of difference amount of the pre-reserve voucher.

What happens if I don't avail the Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass?The voucher if not redeemed till pre book period, will stand cancelled automatically. ₹ 999 (Pre-reserve amount) will be refunded to the original source of payment, post pre-booking period is over.

1. What is the Galaxy Unpacked Contest?The Galaxy Unpacked Contest is an offer by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. ("Samsung") where participants can fill out a "Full-Form" ("Form") on the Pre-Reserve Web Page for select Next Galaxy devices during the Pre-Reserve Period to stand a chance to win eStore Vouchers.

2. When is the Contest Period?The Contest is available from 9th July to 21st July 2026 ("Pre-Reserve Period").

3. Who is eligible to participate?To participate, you must be:
• A resident of India (excluding residents of Tamil Nadu or those holding valid POA/POI issued by Tamil Nadu or any other state having legal prohibition on such offers).
• At least 18 years of age. You must fill out the Form on the Pre-Reserve Page of the Device on Samsung Shop or via Samsung India's official channels/social platforms during the Pre-Reserve Period and answer at least one of the questions numbered 1 to 5. -
4. Is there a Special Prize Winner category?Yes, there is an additional "Special Prize Winner" category for Samsung Account Holders who clicked on Galaxy Unpacked communication received from Samsung India's official channels (E-mail/SMS/WhatsApp/Push Notification).

How can I participate?Fill out the Form on the Pre-Reserve Page (available at https://www.samsung.com/in/multistore/in_campus/unpacked) on Samsung.com/Samsung Shop App/Samsung India's official WhatsApp handle or social channels during the Pre-Reserve Period. Answer at least one of the questions numbered 1 to 5 to be eligible for the lucky draw.

6. What are the prizes?Participants can win:
• Winners from form-fillers: eStore Voucher worth INR 5,000 (50 winners).
• Special prize winners (Samsung Account Holders): eStore Voucher worth INR 5,000 (25 winners).
• Grand Winners: eStore Voucher worth INR 50,000 (5 winners). -
7. How are winners selected?Winners are selected through a randomizer based on valid entries. Daily Winners and Special Prize winners are not eligible for the Grand Winner draw. The draws are conducted by an authorized third-party agency.

8. When will the results be announced?Results will be uploaded on social platforms/Samsung's website within 21 days from the end of the Pre-Reserve Period.

9. What documents are required to claim the prize?Winners must submit:
• Name, Address, Contact Number, Alternate Mobile Number, Email ID.
• Copy of PAN Card.
• Valid POA & POI (Voter ID, Driving License, Electricity Bill not older than 6 months).
• Any other document as required by Samsung. -
10. How will winners be contacted?Winners will be informed through telephone/SMS/email as provided during participation. Special Prize winners will be contacted via SMS/email on the number/email shared during Samsung Account creation.

11. Can I submit multiple entries?No, multiple submissions during the Pre-Reserve Period are not eligible for the Offer.

12. How can I redeem the eStore Voucher?eStore vouchers can be redeemed on all products listed and available on Samsung Shop. They are non-transferable, cannot be encashed, and must be redeemed by 31st October 2026.

13. What happens if I don't redeem the voucher by the deadline?If not redeemed by 31st October 2026, the voucher will lapse, and no claims will be entertained.

14. Can I use the voucher more than once?No, the eStore voucher can be redeemed only once against products listed on Samsung Shop.

15. Can I exchange or transfer the voucher?No, eStore vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products/items, are non-transferable, and cannot be encashed.
