In most cases, we will provide you with an instant decision when you log your claim online. In some circumstances, we may need longer to complete the assessment. Where this is the case, we will aim to inform you of our decision within 2 working days. If we need any further details, we will contact you using the details provided.

Yes. You can purchase the Samsung Care+ with a valid proof of purchase. Eligible Samsung Galaxy device users may sign up for Samsung Care+ at the following locations within the grace period of 14-days of your device activation:






To purchase Samsung Care+, please bring along your eligible Samsung Galaxy device in good working condition and proof of purchase to any Samsung Experience Store or Authorized Samsung Customer Service Center. Samsung reserves the right to assess the eligibility and condition of your device, and refuse sale of Samsung Care+ Pack to you in the event that it finds that your device is not eligible or not in good working condition.

Samsung Care+ is a premium value-added service that is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device. In the event you lose your registered Samsung Galaxy device, we will not be able to deliver the services to your registered Samsung Galaxy device.

No. Samsung Care+ is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device and is non-transferable. You can only use the Samsung Concierge service for the registered Samsung Galaxy device.

Some of the key exclusions of Samsung Care+ are as follows.

  • Loss of your device

  • Theft where you have not purchased this level of cover

  • Not taking care of your device

  • Cosmetic damage

    Yes, your device is covered wherever you take it once your claim has been accepted. If your device is damaged or stolen (where theft cover applies) while you’re abroad, we’ll arrange for it to be repaired or replaced when you’re back in the UK.

    If your device can’t be repaired, then we will provide a replacement. Under the terms and conditions of your policy, we will always try to provide a device with the same color and specification as the device we’ve replaced, but sometimes this isn’t possible due to stock availability. The replacement will be a remanufactured, not a brand-new device. Deliveries of devices will be made by courier and need to be signed for. You will receive an e-mail or a text message from our courier confirming your delivery details.

    No. Samsung Care+ is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device and is non-transferable. We encourage you to purchase a new Samsung Care+ for your new eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

    No. You may choose not to utilize any services offered under Samsung Care+, but no refund will be provided.
