Find your Samsung Smart TV’s model number

If you need to send in your Samsung Smart TV for service, you will need to provide specific information about your device to Samsung Support. Fortunately, you can find this information, such as the model number and software version, in your device’s menu.
Locate the About TV menu
The About TV menu contains specific details about your device.

Navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support.

Select About TV.

From this menu, you can view the Samsung website URL, the Samsung Support phone number, your device’s model number, your device’s software version, and the Open Source License.

Notes:
- You can also view information by scanning the QR code displayed on your TV.
- You can also start this function by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 5 or more seconds. Continue holding the button until the customer information pop-up window appears.
