Adjustable, 4-step, low-noise operation

Low Sound Level of 35dB(A)

Make less noise whenever you need. The 4-Step Quiet mode* enables adjustable low-noise operation to meet the noise level regulations in European countries. Simply select from four different steps and reduce the sound level by 3dB, 5dB, 7dB or keep it as low as 35dBA*** to reduce disturbance.

** The Technical Instructions on Noise Abatement (German: TA-Lärm) contain regulations for protecting the general public or neighborhood from noise emissions.

100% Heating Performance at -10°C*

Enjoy all of the warmth and hot water you need, even in a cold weather. Its heating performance has been increased by 8%*, enabling it to deliver a 100% heating performance in temperatures as low as -10°C**. Its enlarged heat exchanger is also 13% larger***, so it transfers more heat at once.

Save energy and quickly solve problems to stay comfortable. AI Energy mode in the SmartThings App* can reduce energy use by up to 40% for domestic hot water**. If an error occurs, the App also sends an Automatic Service Request. And a Remote Device Care function can proactively identify issues.

Enhance the look of any outdoor space with a premium design. With a dark gray chassis and black grille, it blends in with modern buildings and their surroundings. A slanted grille also screens the inside from view*. And its compact design is less than 1m high**, so it fits neatly below a window.

5 Layers of Protection

Leakage Prevention

A robust design alleviates pressure in the pipe to prevent gas escaping.

Leakage Detection

Sensors monitor the refrigerant and water pressures to detect leakages.

Exhaust

A forced exhaust system ventilates the inside of the outdoor unit to keep it below the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). An Air Separator in the leaving water pipe prevents the leaked gas from flowing into the house.

Ignition Prevention - Gas tight (Sealing)

Potential ignition sources, such as terminals and plugs, are sealed and located higher up in the outdoor unit to keep them away from the leaked gas, which will sink to the bottom.

Explosion Prevention

Explosion-proof and molded parts will prevent an explosion if the leaked gas was to come into contact with potential ignition sources.

Install the system and check the water pressure easily. All of the parts for the water piping, like the pump and expansion tank, are fitted inside, which reduces the installation time and space. And a water pressure sensor lets you conveniently monitor the water pressure on a remote controller.
