      The only reason I am not giving this a 5 is because I just don't think the camera quality is as good as it should be with where we are with technology these days. If Samsung could improve that, the phone would be top tier to me! I love the size and everything!

      The screen is trash and they are finding ways to say the phone is not warranted. I have been a Samsung customer for years. I have been using the Flips since the 4. The Flip 4 was the best one they had as I had no issues with it. The Flip 5 had to be repaired several times because of the screen. I got the Flip 6 and as soon as I saw the same issues with it that I saw in the Flip 5, I traded it in for a S25 plus. I wanted a flip again so I traded the S25 plus for the Flip 7. Not 90 days in a the screen is messed up. Shipped...

      Great Phone! Been a Flip phone fan since Galazy Z flip 3 from then on I had The Flip 4, 5 and now the best version Z flip 7! Always been a Samsung Phone Fan since 2010

      Bought this phone in October from a Samsung store here in Houston, along with care+ service. Half the screen is now black. Went through the phone and web support, tried all different things and nothing worked. We were asked to go to UbreakIfixit service center for deeper diagnostics. They commented that they see this problem all the time, but do not have parts to fix this problem. Told us to go to the Smasung store in Galaria (store manager Andrea).       I purchased my phone because of the compact folding design, portability and viewing screens. In addition, during time of purchase, blue was the only choice available at the store. Black could be ordered but I was determined to leave with a phone that day, so, blue was my choice. I am glad that I did! I also purchased the protective cover in the same color and ordered a protective screen cover, as well.

      I’m very impressed with my new Samsung Flip 7. The design is sleek, refined, and feels solid and well engineered.
