The Galaxy Watch Active's wireless charging feature is an incredible asset when combined with the Wireless PowerShare feature. Just put your Galaxy Watch Active on the back of your Galaxy S10 to quickly share its power with your Galaxy Watch Active. Whether you forgot to charge your Galaxy Watch Active because you were too busy or spent the day traveling, there's no need to panic. Never worry about running out of power with your Galaxy devices thanks to the amazing Wireless PowerShare feature.

Please Note: You are only able to Wirelessly Powershare from a Galaxy S10/S10+/S10e and charging is only available when the Galaxy S10's battery is over 30%.

Unable to use Wireless PowerShare on my Galaxy Watch Active

As the wireless charging efficiency depends on the distance between the wireless charging coils embedded in the devices, the Wireless PowerShare feature may not work properly depending in the type of accessories or covers used on your Galaxy S10. In this case, it is recommended to remove any accessories or covers on your mobile device before using the Wireless PowerShare feature.

  • To charge properly, do not move or use the Galaxy S10 or Galaxy Watch Active while charging.
  • If you charge the Galaxy Watch Active while charging the device that functions as a wireless charging pad, the charging speed may decrease or the Galaxy Watch Active may not charge properly depending on the charger type.
  • Charging speed may vary depending on the device's condition or the surrounding environment.
  • If the remaining battery power of the Galaxy S10 drops below 30% Wireless PowerSharing will stop.
